Business Coaching Programme (6 Months)

1. Overview

By enrolling in this programme, you agree to receive coaching, training, and guidance focused on personal brand, social media growth, and business development.

This programme is designed to provide strategy, structure, and support. Results will depend on your level of effort, consistency, and implementation.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment or agreed payment plan must be completed before access is granted

• Payment plans are legally binding and must be completed in full

• Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the programme and further action if required

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and coaching:

• All payments are non-refundable

• Once access is granted, you are committed to the full programme

4. Client Responsibility

You agree to:

• Take full responsibility for your actions and results

• Implement the strategies provided

• Show up to calls and engage with the programme

This is not a “done for you” service — results come from execution.

5. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

• specific income levels

• follower growth

• business results

Results vary based on effort, consistency, market, and personal circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (videos, documents, frameworks):

• Are owned by the programme

• Must not be shared, copied, or resold

• Are for your personal use only

7. Conduct & Community

You agree to:

• Respect other members

• Not spam, promote unrelated services, or disrupt the group

We reserve the right to remove access without refund if behaviour is inappropriate.

8. Communication & Support

• Support is provided via agreed channels (e.g. Circle, calls, messaging)

• Response times may vary but reasonable support will be provided

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree not to share private information discussed within the programme.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any client who:

• breaches these terms

• is abusive or disruptive

• fails to complete payments

No refunds will be issued.
